Bio: I joined the GreenRenter team because I believe that much can be achieved by recognizing and rewarding good design and engineering. I lived in Germany and Switzerland as a child in the 80's where these were valued and where tripple glazing, high levels of insulation and other conservation measures were already the norm. I then studied marine engineering where I learned that you can build functional, comfortable working and living spaces in even the most hostile of environments as long as you mix the lessons from the past with the innovation of today. I hope that GreenRenter helps green renters give green builders a reason to build green buildings. Spread "green wealth" to all.
