Located at the eastern gateway to the thriving Belmont area, Belmont East takes design inspiration from the traditional materials and forms of the existing historic neighborhoods while adding a contemporary statement. The established residences surrounding the site were built during a period when a high level of craftsmanship was standard, and detailing is a key aspect of the design of Belmont East. Considering the eclectic styles along Belmont Street, a mixture of forms and colors are integrated into the exterior design.
