The Brewery Blocks, located at the former site of the Blitz-Weinhard Brewery, is a five-block project in the SW section of Portland’s vibrant, post-industrial neighborhood known as the Pearl District.

With the combination of historic preservation of the Weinhard Brewhouse and the Armory Building, and an increase in retail and commercial activity, this area has been transformed into a bustling urban neighborhood. It provides a design that is faithful to the industrial character of the former Brewery and the Pearl District, and is consistent with "environmentally friendly" sustainable development concepts. Brewery Block 3 - The Henry Condominiums (Retail Space) more information

The Henry is located in the popular Brewery Blocks at the South end of the Pearl District and is adjacent to the historic Portland Armory building. It is a 15-story high-rise with 11,000 sq. ft. of retail on the ground floor, three levels of parking above and 11 stories of luxury condominiums above that.

On Block Four, we created an active retail streetscape by building a podium with a number of flexible spaces in a range of sizes to accommodate a wide variety of potential retail tenants. To ensure that we added to the overall prosperity of the city, we focused on attracting not only emerging local merchants but also new retailers to the market. Key tenants include Anthropologie, Finn, Swahili, PF Chang’s and the Art Institute of Portland.
